Thesis

An ISR and a task use different APIs and different stacks. A FromISR operation may unblock a higher-priority task, but the task runs immediately only if the ISR explicitly requests a context switch.

Evidence

The nine-record replay proves a real MEI cause, source clear before give, xHigherPriorityTaskWoken=pdTRUE, distinct ISR/waiter/stimulus stack pointers, and ordering ISR → waiter → interrupted stimulus.
